[Resolved] DishTV — dishtv vc recharge transfer to another vc. | |||||
We have made a recharge through paytm for rs 1000 via the account linked to mob no. [protected] on[protected] but the VC no recharged is [protected] which we don't use. My request is to transfer the money to VC no. [protected] as soon as possible. The customer support at dishtv is not answering the calls. We are being directed to computer generated voice messages and waiting time of over 54 mins to speak to a customer executive. Nobody is answering the calls or the emails.
