[Resolved]  DishTV — Disruption of services

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700040

My Dish TV Vc No [protected] was requested for deactivation from 27/09/16 to 27/10/16.As there was balance of Rs 81/- only as advised by M/S Priti another Rs 100/- was recharged on 27/09/16 & again a request was put in for deactivation of services by email.

Unfortunately, when on 28/10/16 services was tried messages show services deactivated.Kindly activate services immediately.

Matter urgent.

My correct mobile no is same I.e. [protected] & V C no. [protected]& email boot up.[protected]@gmail.com. we hope you shall activate soon.I think you could have mailed me before deactivation immediately after getting recharge & request for deactivation.This it seems to be a ploy to stop services on eve of festival to extort some extra money& or harass customers.Don't take things for granted.

Alternatively you may refund my balance of Rs 181/- along with interest & compensation for wrongful action & close your trap for good.

You can please expedite doing whatever working you said your doing, else I shall be obliged to change service provider.The inordinate delay is a ploy to harass.I have been your continuous client for now for quite a long period.The delay is viewed as high handed tactics & shall not yield even at a loss of Rs 181/- which you are wrongly trying to cheat me of.
