[Resolved] DishTV — false commitment provided from customer care executive | |||
Sir I called dish tv customer care in morning on 27.08.2018. I told to customer care executive that i am not interested in non hd channels. I want only hd channels for viewing. Then executive told me that you recharge a unique amount 1279 and then for three years you are able to view only hd channels. It was full on hd channels. No need to recharge again within three years. The hd pack will convert on your base pack. Now then you can view only hd channels. After recharging the 1279 amount. I called again customer care and confirm twice. But today on 28.08.2018 the customer care executive told me that you can only able to view free to air channels. I need justice. I already paid the amount 1279 and i don't want to view non hd channels. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
