[Resolved]  DishTV — false information

Hi Team,
I have received the call for customer care to recharge 400rs and get 200 cash back. After the done the payment of 400rs.i called to given no but u have received that I am not eligible for cash back and arranged the call back. Now they are saying cash back is not possible. So request you to check and do the needful.

As per records, We would like to inform you that you had received the message for Rs 200 Cashback Offer on 28th June 2019 for same day only but you have recharged your VC on 29th June 2019. Hence, not received the offer.
