DishTV — Faurd in customer payment doen by Dis TV

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Sourabh Jindal and having two dish tv connections HD-V.C. No. - [protected] (parent) & [protected] (child). While asking to your customer care, they had replied that after six month Dish TV itself increases the amount of package but at the time of giving connection no such information available/given to me. I had recharged my account on 07-Oct-14 by Rs.750/- and my next recharge date becomes 11-Nov-14 as per the calculations. But surprisingly on 30-Oct-14 I had received a massage from your side that today is the last date of recharge else my connection will be deactivated. So on 30-Oct-14 I had recharged by account by Rs.750/- and got the next date of recharge 30-Nov-14 instead of 15-Dec-14. I had also received massage “Post recharge of Rs.750.00 MOD Non-Stop has been activated on CH.254 for 36 days. Accordingly, Your Recharge date is shifted to 09/11/2014”. But I had not sent any request for the same. I had deactivated my child A-La-Carte of Rs.79/-. As per the calculations my daily package amount was Rs.24.26/- per day and the same will become Rs.21.60/- after the deactivation of A-La-Carte. Hence my recharge date will be increased atleast by 3.7 days (15-Dec-14 on the lower side). But at this time also there was no change in my date. On 30-Oct-14, I called your customer care for the correction of my next recharge date but got unsatisfactory answer and they also told me they are forwarding my complaint to their accounts department for further action and the same will be resolved in next two hours. But I have not received any call from your side. The total call duration was 1hour 14 minutes. I have recording of the same for your reference which was harassment for any customer. Later it was just became impossible to reach your new customer care number as the old number has been not reachable and Sony related channels were became under A- La -Carte category that too without any prior information to the users. After deactivation of Sony and SAB Channels, I had sent SMS for activation of Sony and SAB TV as per the activation instructions given on the TV screen and in the SMS received from your side on those particular channels. But again surprisingly you had activated some “Dramabazz” package and deducted Rs.50/- for the same instead of adjusting my child connection A-La-Carte amount. On 09-Nov-14 somehow I called your customer care for resolving the above mentioned “Fraud” done by Dish TV and had a word with Mr. Pankaj (Senior Staff). Again I explained entire above mentioned scenario/ calculations and he agreed that there is a double payment deducting form your account and he is forwarding my complaint to their accounts department for corrections. The same will be resolved in next 2 hours and my complaint number was “[protected]”. But as expected no return communication has happened. Again I am having the recording of the call for your ready reference. On 11-Nov-14 I had received a call from call centre; again I had explained the entire scenario/ calculation to your representative and he was also agreed that there is a double payment deducting form your account and he also told me that he had forwarded my complaint to their accounts department for further action and explain me that the same will be resolved in next 2 hours and my complaint number was “[protected]”. But as expected no return communication has happened. Once again I am having the recording of the call for your ready reference if require. On 12-Nov-14 I had received a call from Mr. Apurva (Floor Supervisor) again I explained the entire scenario/ calculations and he also agreed that there is a double payment deducting form your account and he also forwarded my complaint to their accounts department for further action and told me that the same will be resolved in next 2 hours and my complaint number was “[protected]”. But as expected no return communication has happened. Here I no need to say that I am having recording of this call for your ready reference. Till date my problem is not resolve regarding the Fraud/ cheating done by Dish TV. This kind of cheating will not be tolerated by any regular customer and due to all these compliant customer will loose their faith in your company. I request you to resolve the same as soon as possible to avoid any further action in this respect else I have to look for Consumer court for getting justice in this matter.
