[Resolved] DishTV — Fraud of charging two time for same service | |
I had two connection one is parent and child connection. On parent basic connection was running and on child connection titanium hd pack was activated from last 6 month. Since then my recharge date was showing 4 august 2020. But day my on 23 june i call the customer care to reduce my pack on child connection to lower level by removing cartoon channel and sports channel. He told me its not possible he will remove only one set. After removing some of the channel the dish tv has deducted huge amount from my deposit and reduce recharge date to 10 july. I try to explain them that is ws mistake from there end writin n call them but nothing they took action and increased rechage date to 13 july and 100 rupess off. This is the last option they gave me i requested them to reset all mistake n make it to 4 august. Now i am using kover family hd pack and unable to see all channel.
