[Resolved] DishTV — I am very disappointed with Dish TV | |||||
My customer id : [protected] I have brought new dish tv connection in last month, my switch off date is 29th march 2016 & recharge intimation date is 26th march 2016. Your customer care executive has gave me call on 26th of march in afternoon, he told me that "your switch off date is 29/03/2016 so please tell me when you will do your next recharge". I told him that " i am the new user & i don't know about recharge amount as well as what kind of packages ", he asked me "you want to go with hd channels or non hd channels" I told him clearly i only want non hd channels then he suggested to me that " you can go with the recharge of rs 315 and informed me about the same package same time he took my downgrade request from hd rs 480 to non-hd rs 315 on 26th of march also he told me that you will recharge your account after 28th of march. As discussed with him, i have recharged my ac - [protected] for rs 315 by paytm. After recharge i got only 20 dys instead of 30 dys : Recharge date: 28/03/2016, switch off date:29/03/2016 I got this subscription period: 30/03/2016 to 17/04/2016 (20 days only) I did all the things step by step as suggested by your dish tv executive then why i got only 20 days? Why you deduct my 10 days? I want 10dys more as per my 315 rs recharge. I have already discussed this case with below mention persons but they did not solve my query & not gave proper response Gavrav bhattacharya : customer care executive Subir kar : customer care manager Don't make fool to your customer be genuine with them.
