I have dish tv connect, with vnc number [protected], now i would like to change my package from tamil to titanium malayalam hd since my current subscription is expired a few months back, for that i was instructed to go online or through the mobile app to change my package, unfortunately, am a new user so i would like to register while registering as a new user when i input my vnc number it gives me an error {oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575). Yesterday i send a msg from my mobile to update my new telephone number [protected] Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575 still i was not able to activate Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)
May 18, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Dish Tv support Personnel call us, and gather details, Verified and Updated the Mobile number, Now I can Register and Its working Fine.
