I am very unsatisfied with the service, problem in reaching and unsuccessful attempts to reach and speak to customer care, various other inconveniences and complaints, I WISH TO SWITCHOVER TO ALTERNATE DTH SERVICE PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY. I REQUEST TO DISCONTINUE MY ACCOUNT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND RETURN MY OUTSTANDING WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS. I’ll not recommend instead discourage to opt for DishTV.
