[Resolved]  DishTV — irresponsible employees not answering relevantly.

Hi.

On jan 5th one person from dish tv called us and informed that one of dishtv employee will visit our home and do changes in dish tv because of trai update. But no one came to our home regarding this, on jan 7th we got another call asking for feedback of that service, we informed them that no one came to our home from dishtv. Dishtv representative said that an respresentative has signed in the form saying that they have visited our house and serviced our dish. We strongly disagree this as no one ever came to my home from dishtv as promised, now my dishtv shows error "account de-active low balance", i recharged for 300rs after seeing this, but still my dish tv didn't come up, i called dishtv serveral times, they said that they refressed it from their end and it will show up in 15 mins but it didn't, then i sent email to [protected]@dishtv.com copying chennai dishtv nodal officer, he called and informed that we have to pay 200rs for a dish tv technician visit to fix it, how can a technician fix a account low balance issue? And why would i pay 200rs if my recharge amount is reflecting in my dish tv. Why was a fake sign of mine shown in dishtv report when no one ever came to my home from dishtv to do trai changes. I think that i am getting this error because of trai changes, i need to get this fixed from dishtv for free of cost or this is will be delt seriously.

Hi,

You strongly informed that I need to pay 200 for the technician and I will need to pay extra to change the entire dish box when the error was about the dish payment and account related, you cheap DISH TV network is trying to steal people money, I switched to my local dish TV network and started sharing my poor experience about dish TV with my apartment people so that they don't get cheated in future..
