DishTV — Irritating deactivation error with sufficient balance in account | |||||
Dear C.E.O, DishTv, I would like to bring it to your notice that enumerate times Dish Tv set top boxes are showing de-activation error even though sufficient amount is there in our account. Lots of times we are forced to call your call centre or local dealer to rectify the error. Our hotel guests will be thinking that we have not recharged the Dish Tv connections. This situation is tarnishing our reputation and we do not tolerate it anymore. Due to low quality set boxes or faulty software in your system, we are facing problems daily. I am using Tata Sky at my house since 5 years. I have never faced this type of software errors with their set-top boxes and I do not have any issues with their servie what so ever.Its high time for you to give a deep thought about this error or escalate this matter to higher authorities or the concerned technical team. We were very peaceful with our old Local Cable Tv boxes but, since taking Dishtv connections, we are facing hell of problems. If you are not kind enough to solve the Set top boxes software errors or unable to provide quality boxes on par with other competitors, we will be forced to discontinue your connections as we have better options in the field. We can not run a 3 star hotel with 59 Dish tv connections with a lot o[censored]nnecessary and unwaranted errors and wasting our time to set things right.
