[Resolved] DishTV — misbehavior | |||
My self baban shinde, i am complaining against dist tv for there misbehavior with customer and way of communication with customer. My dist tv is not working since last 4 days i raised complaint to dist tv for there technician service provider for misbehavior and charges without visited and check issues. On date 14/03/2019 dish tv not working shows signal not found so i call to technician and they told to pay 550 rs to change dish tv set up box with visiting charges 200 and hardware charges they show such a arrogance and cut the call.. So i complaint against this incident to dist tv, they didn't followed after two days i called they told we closed your complaint for you canceled your payment, but the issue is if technician didn't visit and told to pay charges...
