DishTV — No Balance, No Answer, No Response, No Action by Dish TV | |||
I have recharged my DishTV Set Top Box (VSC-[protected] ) more than 20 days ago (19Jul2021) with my credit card for one year via https://www.dishtvchannel.com/onlinerecharge.php web page and they sent invoice to my email but they never balanced it to my set top box. I sent many email to [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@dishtvchannel.com but no one replay them. Also I call many DishTV customer support telephone numbers from Afghanistan but I couldn’t reach or I left message but no one returned to me. I am so angry at the moment because I paid 33557.93PKR (207.02$) for one year HD channels but no any support or information from DishTV. I was thinking Dish TV is big company but I am suspecting now, do DishTV or someone swindled me? Was this information helpful? | |||
