DishTV — no bonus days for 24 month recharged

complaint on 5th july 2014 dear sir very poor to say that you dont have proper staff for customer to care after recharge my account for 12 month i made a mistake your company give me 10 month with no bonus contact detail[protected] from [protected] 62 times response zero sms to 57575 call me from [protected] and [protected](reg) 5 times rs 15 response zero call[protected] times from [protected] response too poor and [protected] is also executive less I am having all the billing proof of above call and sms from 5th july 2014 to 10th july 2014 so kindly do the right full recent complaint 13th july 2015. My complaint I do not got extra days on recharge for one year (24 month) DETAIL BELOW Dear Customer, Thank you for using www.dishtv.in to recharge your dishtv.
