[Resolved] DishTV — no technician complaint no.[protected] | |||
I booked a complain about my settop box which I s not working properly. I am not able to view all the challenges and when I spoke to Dish TV customer care they told me that technician will visit to fix the issue. It's been 2 days no one has visited my place. I got a message a day back saying that GOLDCREST Electronic City Bangalore technician will come and visit but no one came or called. I have already paid my recharge amount for this month and already lost my subscription money for 3 days. Who will compensate for this, who is responsible for this delay? Will Dish TV refund me the amount which I wasted by not watching any TV for last 3 days? Was this information helpful? | |||
