[Resolved] DishTV — not able to view channels as per trai rulings | |||||
Vc no [protected] and vc no.[protected] I am a subscriber dish tv dth services and am having multiple tv connections. Ref: vc [protected] and Parallel vc no. [protected] With reference to the above i have taken multi tv connection and i have paid rs.1399/- towards multi tv connection besides having paid rs 1500/- towards my recharge account. I am not able to view as per my registered channels and no free channels are able to view. I try to contact the customer care many times and i have recorded all calls made to dish tv. I have given enough time to dish tv company for acting on my complaint and asked to restore all channels failing which reporting to trai for further action and suitable legal steps to recover damages on this account. I have also given final warning on this issue. Since i did not get any response from them i am reporting to you to take suitable steps and your immediate action will be highly appreciated.. R.
