[Resolved] DishTV — not continuing long term pack | |||
Ear sir, As you are aware that trai recently ordered that "long term subscriber" Should continue to there old packs with the same validity. Please go to appended mails & my recharge history available to you, Please continue my long term pack availed in aug-sept 2018. Whose validity is somewhere in sept-2019. I continuously writing to you to keep my long term pack intact or else Refund the money since january -2019. Was this information helpful? | |||

each time website shows we have received a request to migrate and show some suggested pack even if I chose MAP and select channel it returns a token and say will be done in 15 minutes .. then nothing happens
