DishTV — Not supporting customer in any way | |||||
Dear concerned, i have recharged my dish tv on 12th 0f april 2016 via online (Paytm) of rs 1095/- but by mistake recharged done on wrong vc ([protected]) instead of [protected]. Regarding that we had word with customer care and they have given a link http://www.dishtv.in/pages/emailus/email-us.Aspx and told that mail us all details like wrong vc no, original vc no, recharged amount, date, order no. And followed the same and sent all the details on same mentioned link. They assure transfer within 2 hrs and after 24 hr i call customer care and again and again demanding the details from starting but not processing. We contacted to customer care and again told us to mail the referral no on the same link. Since last 2 days we contact many times via mail and number but no satisfied return got from the dish tv customer care. Kindly do the needful for the same if possible, otherwise we will do further complain in judiciery. We are not satisfied with your service.
