DishTV — offers not provided as mentioned during payment - not resolved | |||
Hi, My last payment against dish tv was on nov 30, 2018 for an amount of rs. 1812 against offer "pay 12 months get 60days free". Pack name - joy pack; add on - sampoorna malayalam (Rs.110+51)/ month. Switch off date is[protected] as per their auto mail confirming the receipt of payment which is correct. But since last 2 weeks, i am receiving automated reminder mails& calls for renewing my subscription against the vc no. 0152xxxx449. I have already explained to the calling staffs and they don't want to listen. I have also send mail to nodal officers 2 days ago and there is no response. And they have already disconnected since from morning its showing no signal or bad signal.
