[Resolved] DishTV — Package changed for DISH TV and Sony Channel not coming | |||
Respected Sir I am using Dish TV services for more than a year and I have always kept my plan to Silver. Since Monday I have not been able to access Sony Channel and the SMS sent to get a call or GET 105 to 57575 yield no results (however charges apply at Rs 3 per SMS) . The plan has got changed to All Sports MG with a monthly rental of Rs 320 pm without my authorization and it is very frustrating that how these mishaps have been occurring at your end. It is shocking to learn from Mr Devender (Nodal Officer Dish TV) that Sony Channel has been added as a Ala Carte only from Dish TV however no such action has been made from other cable and Satellite cable providers like TATA, Airtel etc. If this is the case a notification on the channel should have come and it should have been approved from TRAI (marked in the email). I have been trying to login to my account but I am not remembering my password and reset password facility is also not working. Since all ways to contact Dish TV customer care are not working I have been forced to write this email. It seems that Dish TV is suffering a multiple breakdown and I want the resolution for the same. Please note my details and restore the original Silver package with Sony channel.
