[Resolved]  DishTV — paid channels imposed by dish tv

I am dish tv customer with vc no. [protected] from kerala. Recently after 1 april 2019, my package has been changed with some additional paid channels and raised my monthly subscription charges. I complained to dish tv phone and email services to change my plan to basic plan with two paid channels as i am not viewer of additional channels imposed by dish tv. The main attraction is that as per trai there are free channels no need to be subscribed. Unfortunately "flowers tv" channel is free channel not available in dish tv, showing message on channel number as "not subscribed" (Attached picture). I checked this issue with dish tv customer service and not receive proper explanation. The are telling foolishness answer that need to change dish position to change package. I replied currently all channels subscribed can view except "flowers" tv channel. But they dont have clear explanation and today my last day of dish tv subscription expiration date. I didn't recharge subscription as i am paying for useless paid channels imposed by dish tv.

My registered number is [protected], which is currently using by my mother. I am currently out of India. So better you can arrange customer service from regional (Malayalam) team to talk with her else you can provide your contact number to touch with you from my side. But you can resolve the issue without contact us.

I have only two concern, which you can resolve from your end.

1. Enable free Flowers channel (Getting message on Channel number on TV as "Not subscribed)
2. Make my package with Free channels + 2 paid channels (Asianet Plus (Malayalam) & Sun TV (Tamil) and unsubscribe all other paid channels from my package.

For past one month Dish TV working on my concern. I believe that Dish TV not reading my emails properly. They are not trying to provide solution, which I express and telling something else. How many more days you need to remove imposed package by Dish TV and implement my request to add channels as I requested.

When I inform the Customer care team about my issue (Change my package). They are sending technician to my home. I will inform the technician that no issue with signal and I can view channels. Again I describe my issue to Customer care and repeat same task. Past one month I am paying for useless channels, which imposed by Dish TV without my permission.
