[Resolved]  DishTV — Payment Done from my end, But not received Extra 2 Months as per their promise

Hello Team,

I am disguised by DishTV's executive and now DishTV Customer care neglecting me.
My DishTV VC No. [protected]

My Switch of date was : 26-June-2016 and on 24-March-2016 someone from DishTV called me from +91 [protected] and advised me if I recharge for 6 Months then I will get Extra 2 Months subscription free & also advised to make a payment Rs.2340/- for 6 months.
So I have paid the said amount Rs.2340/- But I just received Extra 1 Months instead of 2 Months. It's totally UNFAIR & IRRESPOSIBLE JOB at their end.
My Switch of date was : 26-June-2016, but I have paid as requested. Now why I am not receiving 2 Months??????

I have sent them so many mails, but they are ignoring me totally.
can you pls look into this matter ASAP.

It's very urgent.

As per our conversation with you on [protected], informed you that we have processed necessary waiver on your account and next recharge date has been changed to 24 02 2018 and switch off date is 27 02 2018. Moreover, we have taken your valuable feedback and will certainly take action on it.
