[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge become unsuccessful

Select channel in my cart, after i got message of amount to recharge 377rs. Recharged from dishtv instant recharge but recharge become unsuccessful and money is gone. Please help about this matter... When my money give me. After this recharge from phonepe 524rs in phonepe show succesful. But not get msg on my tv. This very bad takes place, please help me in that matter

Recharged my dish tv as per the new TRAI guidelines.Subscribed POGO and other few kids channel but unable to watch the same as it is not coming in the channel list of setup box.
