Dear sir I am dishtv customer (Vc no [protected]; mobile no [protected]). I have paid recharge amount 1week ago as per trai rate and mailed by dishtv as sms below shows — — — Vc number: [protected] Balance:rs. 302.77 Switch off date: 22-04-19 Last recharge amt:rs.245 Total recharge amt: rs.245 No. Of connection (S): 1 primary No. Of bouquets/channels : 1 bqts/5 chnls — — — I am unable to see tv as message 102 appears. Dishtv refresh command does not work. They are unable to help me except saying sorry. Pl do the need ful. I am also enclosing below my mail with dishtv. Shameful behaviour and highly useless yr executive that you are unable to solve this problem. Is not this case worth to go up to yr senior and trai? Hope you will respond appropriately.
