Problem highlighted as follows .. 1. Your Product is inferior on terms of auto activation post recharge.. every time you need reminder by call but you don't forget to deduct daily rental charges .learn from Tata Sky..what your six sigma guys are doing to improve the services just come to office and do nothing to improve satisfaction level and quality standards. 2. You ask Rs. 200 for technician visit as per (Monimi )your customer care executive . .She was rude and teaching me professionalism when highlighted the problem that Tv is not recieving signal .Why should I pay for signal correction, Any accessories you are changing its fine with me to pay .. why charge when I m paying daily rental for signal. 3. Least bothered to improve services I have been highlighting the lapse multiple times. 4.When ask to disconnect and give refund of the remaining amount on the account your customer care executive tell me that you can't refund money also as per your policy. 5. Customer care take six minute to come on the call when a customer calls. 6. no record of past complaints in your customer data base. 6.cheating on monthly subscription deduction. You guys are causing harrashment to cusyomers at all level. Now because of your ineffective resources and resolution what is left with customer to do other than frustration .. .Don't forget that every customer is important and one dissatisfied customer talk to 10 others and one satisfied bring 6 others..ask you quality expert (Six Sigma )What a customer expectations is and how it is changing and how soon you will be out of business ..
