[Resolved]  DishTV — Still My problem is not resolved since couple of the month.

Good Morning,

Yesterday dated 15-Aug-2014 and @ time 08:46 P.M. from mobile no :[protected] . They had call us from Dish TV H.O. as per they said. and they had promised us my problem will resolved and also tolled us you are in right place ( mean me are in right place ).

According to his promises whatever the part will changed by the service Engg. It will mentioned with serial no or parts no on receipt and also mention the guaranty period and charges.

And also he was promised me you do not get any trouble any more in future .


Today again I had call from your local Dish TV Service Center at @ 9:45 Am from Pune ( Guru Enterprises ) : According to his statement, they will not give us any mentioned ( parts no, Guaranty period ) on concerned Receipt. And Also they will charge parts amount with visit charges.

So that I refused his offer because of whatever conversation with H.O's person had promised us. It showing some deference in both had statement.

So Please guide us what to do.. to fixed this existing problem..

Hello Support,

In Previous mail I had rise my complaint, But still not getting any response from your side through phone, mail or any media.

So What to do ?

In short again I have to explain my query :

1) I had upgraded my SD box to HD box 6-8 month before. and I am paying contiguously HD services ( through HD recharge ). After one and one and half month later we had facing with HD channel. All HD channels has problem.

It now Showing all HD Channels. I had raise my complain in customer care it was solved but after 2 -3 days it was again rollback to same problem.

I had raise so many times my complain to Service Engineer as well as Customer service via multiple media and sources.

Service Engineer was came at my places and changed my dish location in multiple times at my same building and tuned HD channels. After tuned HD it would be started displaying . But after 2-3 days again it is roll back to to the same problem.

recently again it was tuned by service Engineer after he went from my placed I checked after 2-3 hours again we had viewing same problem and immediate informed to the Service Engineer. He promised me I will came and see this issue . But Still he is not visited at my place. After 1 day I had phone call from customer service / feedback center. I had explain my problem again. But Still no response from them.

So Dear Support, What to do finally. Shall I pay HD service charges without viewing any HD channel.? Is this a good Service from your side.
