[Resolved] DishTV — technical misguided | |||
My recharge date for july was 30th june, by sm reason it overshot and i made a payment of 644 rs on the 1st of july. My transaction was[protected]. Till 29th the dish waz working fine. I cud not view even after making a hd recharge from 1st of july, error msg 402 wz refelecting. After i made a complaint the technician came, charged me 170 rs saying that all waz fine and he cleaned my vc card with athinner which he asked me to provide. It started working thn again from 2nd evening it stopped less than 24 hrs. Again i complained, again a technician came saying the vc card needs to be changed for which i have to shed another 500 rs. I am highly disgusted wd this kind ofunprofessional dealing by the dish team. Inspite of repeated requests no action has been taken. Your technician has damaged my vc card then y shud the customer pay for it. Also since it is almost 7 days i hav not been avail to view channels i will also demand for the recharge charges to be adjusted likewise Was this information helpful? | |||
