[Resolved] DishTV — The service provider is not giving channel on my request | |||||
Yesterday on 31st oct 2016, i made a call to customer care no. 57575 requseting for change in package i spoke to shrey she suggested me that max hd club will suit my requirement. i will get all hd channels and all tamil regional channels. i also made payment for one year subscription of rs. 4490/-. but after the package was implemented i observed that star vijay was not telecast. the customer care executive mentioned that all tamil channels will be part of the package. when i called back to customer care center they bluntly mentioned that star vijay was not part of the packege, but then i requseted to add star vijay for which i was ready to pay. but they declined to add the channel on my requset. the dish tv service provider is delibrately deniying customer request and declining consumer rights. i wish to raise a complaint on dish tv service provider on denying consumer rights.
