[Resolved]  DishTV — three time recharge failed but amount deducted my account

From my state bank of india a/c on-[protected]

i had phone-called to dish tv minm. 10 times and also written mails to you, regarding updation of payment or refund amount to my bank a/c. But every time false assurance had given that my payment would be updated.

Please note that total amount of rs.2572 was debited from my a/c immediately during on-line recharge. If re-charge is un-successful, it is your prime responsibility to refund the amount to my particular bank a/c and the same thing has been confirmed by my bank.

Now this is my request to dish tv to refund rs.2572 to my bank account
