[protected] Recharging through my dish TV app Via SBI netbanking Three transaction failed Date -27.03.2019 Ref no[protected] Amount - Rs.1198/- Date -27.03.2019 Ref no[protected] Amount - Rs.1198/- Date -27.03.2019 Ref no[protected] Amount - Rs.176/- The three transaction have been deducted From my state bank of india a/c on-[protected] i had phone-called to dish tv minm. 10 times and also written mails to you, regarding updation of payment or refund amount to my bank a/c. But every time false assurance had given that my payment would be updated. Please note that total amount of rs.2572 was debited from my a/c immediately during on-line recharge. If re-charge is un-successful, it is your prime responsibility to refund the amount to my particular bank a/c and the same thing has been confirmed by my bank. Now this is my request to dish tv to refund rs.2572 to my bank account Please try for betterment of your service. Was this information helpful? | |||
