[Resolved]  DishTV — transfer of money from old vc to new vc.

My self virendra, i will try to be polite as much as possible.
Although, i don’t know my anger and frustration will allow this or not.

So, it started one week before that by mistake, my father recharge in old vcc rather than new vcc.
He called customer care they say, they will transfer the money, but they need an email.
We email, but nothing happened, we called again nothing happen, we got transferred from 1 person to another. Finally, after patience of 5 days, and 10 emails, and 20 calls, we got informed that we need to give a proof of payment such as bank statement pdf or snapshot.

I provided a bank statement, which clearly shows the transfer of money rs. 909 but nothing happens.

As a person whose patience is continuously challenged, i said, why should we care, it's not about money, it about the loyal customer.
I told your customer service, that we are unsatisfied and we decided to move to your rivals. It seems your customer service don’t care.
Anyways, so i decided to move to a new service and leave you guys.
It will unfair for everyone who doesn’t know your service. So i decided to move everything to the public forum.
