Hi, i had issues in viewing channels few days back. And i contacted the customer care. The technician visited and charged me rs.520. This is very unfair as i am paying the connection and maintenance charges every month. I demand refund of the amount. This is the fraud that is going on. This is the 3rd time i have been facing this issue. I have complained many times but to no avail. This is very disappointing.

    Address: 138 FLAT 3F, PURBALOK, 7TH STREET, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700099

    On 8/10/2019 a second dish tv connection was taken at 138 purbalok, flat 3f, 7th street. Kolkata 700099.
    As per telephonic conversation both tv's at that residence will have to see the same channels etc etc. Some pay channels were added as per our liking.
    We see now that zee bangla, star sports 1 etc to name a few that we had subscribed earlier are no more there insted we have been given channels that we never see or even heard of.
    Request you to revert back to our old status (Prior to 8/10/2019) + the new channels asked for. This has been told several times but nothing has been done till date.

    Dishtv is harassing me by calling so many times unnecessarily by different numbers. I can not even block them.

      transfer of money from old vc to new vc.

      My self virendra, i will try to be polite as much as possible.
      Although, i don’t know my anger and frustration will allow this or not.

      So, it started one week before that by mistake, my father recharge in old vcc rather than new vcc.
      He called customer care they say, they will transfer the money, but they need an email.
      We email, but nothing happened, we called again nothing happen, we got transferred...

      I have done the recharge on 25th Nove 2018 for a full year subcription but now as per them i am due for recharge on 6th OCT 2019.. without any prior notice or reminder they have changed the due date by their own.. at the time of purchase they ensured me that new rules will not apply to old customers and it will be effective from your next recharge...

      Sir why this long 30 days lock in period?
      DishTV offers 30 days lock in period for all channels. Many shows and events doesn't continue for 30 days, then why we subscribe for 30 days! You are speaks about customer facilities, is this facilities! And also DishTV active channels are too costly than other DTH providers. It's not good for customers.

        Sir i recharged my account on 02/10/2019 with 221 rupees and my account shows switch off date 24/10/2019. My acount monthly pack shows me 221 rupees per month then i recharged with 221 rupees.

        So please check the account details which gives only 22 days.

          I can't received any kind of requests no and receipt no or i.d and token no.

              But, the amount of rs.3714 (For 6 months) got deducted from my bank account (Through phone pe app) and the validity of my dish tv is still not extended.

                Unable to view free channel in my dish tv vc number [protected]. Only paid channels are coming. Facing the problem from last 15 days.
                Had a call with customer care and asking for technician visit. Signal strengh is good and clear weather, but only paid channels are coming. Last time, i had sufficient balance in dish tv account but it was showing low balance and none of the channels were not coming for 15 days. I was charged for these 15 days without any service. This is frequent from dish tv. Recently, i found star bharat channel was added to my package without my knowledge and they were charging for the price of the channel by default. This is clear extortion of money from customer by adding channel, showing low balance, stopping broadcasting of free channel so that they can earn by without providing any service and asking for visit of technician so that they can charge for this too. This has gone too far. Please take strong action and heavy penalty on dish tv so that they cannot even think of doing this again and again.

                    Un authorized and non-understandable additions made in my, make my own pack system and the amount increased sms sent to my rmn.

                    Continuously giving phone calls and disturbing me.

                    If i want any new channel, myself will ask for the same. Whatever the channels
                    I am enjoying that is enough for me and there is no need for any movie channel

                    So, immediately. Cancel the channels which you added your self without may knowledge yesterday. I wanted only the channels as per my own pack enjoyed till 29/09/2019 with total amount of rs 208/- including gst.

                        register my mobile number with dish tv

                        My dish tv number is [protected].
                        The guy who installed dish tv set-top box made a mistake while registration & no number is added now.
                        I have tried calling customer care so many times, but they told me that it can not be registered now.
                        Please help me. My mobile num [protected].
                        I would like to subscribe many channels, but it is not happening because there is no mobile number registered with dish tv....

                        I had subscribed for zee family pack and star value pack and also for 24 ghonta news channel, and kolkata tv from my dish tv app. Also i have subscribed for free 192 channels in which other bengali news channels are included. I have also paid for my chosen packs. But not a single bengali news channel is coming, in spite of being included in my subscribed packs. It is continuously showing '301. Signal not found. This may be due to bad weather' though the weather is absolutely all right. When i called dishtv's customer care, they are misleading us saying there is alignment problem, they will send technician and demanding extra payment of rs. 200-300. Though it is completely dishtv's fault or might be new technique of looting customers in name of sending technician. I need all the bengali news channels i have in my pack e. G. 24 ghonta, kolkata tv, abp ananda as soon as possible and that also without any such technician. Otherwise i have to replace dishtv by some other dth services. My subscribed packs are given in the picture.

                            This all started when i mistakenly recharged on my vc number which was earlier used by us but due to the vc card problem i got the vc changed. I mistakenly recharged twice and produced all the proofs via mail. The customer care, escalation department, termination team and all are pathetic people. They told me that i have already transferred once in 365 days and now if i have to transfer i need to terminate that vc which is not in use. I told them to terminate it as my main intent is to get the transfer. So after calling them multiple times, they said that termination team called me to confirm details and i told them not to terminate it which never happened. Again, i addressed all these issues to the team and clearly told them to terminate all my vc’s if you cant resolve my issue. They again bluffed me by saying that it will be resolved. It has been more than 10 days and daily i get a call and they ask me, sir you asked to arrange a call back which further irritates me. Dish tv is big time fraud. They are not working professionally and they dont know how to resolve things. I have all the proofs with recordings and looking forward to complaint legally. Second fraud they did sometime back, one person called me and said that we are giving movies active channel for free as you are a valuable customer, i confirmed with him 5 times, he said yes it is for free and activated the channel. Ultimately balance got deducted, when i called them to complain for the same, they said that we will get the recordings checked. Now again they told me that its not their executive’s fault. They are actually fraud, i haven’t experienced this ever in my life with any company. I would like to get rid of them and suggest everyone to never go with dish tv. Anyways, there is zero monitoring of their executives, they disconnect the calls if they see that they cant help out or find a solution. Seems they are earning a lot so they do not care if any customer backouts.

                                Over 2 weeks elapsed, i am getting annoying calls from dish tv made by different number. Once i received call and came to know that they are calling for advertising and promotion purpose. But day by day dish tv calling me with their different number starting from +9144. It's becoming irritating for me and hamper by daily life.
                                Please stop this nonsense otherwise i will file a complaint to the nearest police station.

                                  मेरा नाम शुभम गुरुचल हैं में dish tv की service का उपभोक्ता हूँ। जिसका connection ज्ञानेश्वर गुरुचल के नाम से है। VLC NO [protected] हैं। हमारा dish setup box पिछले चार दिनों से बंद हैं जो कि life time warranty में हैं हमने इसकी complaint (complaint no[protected]/09/2019 को dish tv customer care में दर्ज करवाई थी। जिसमे हमे बताया गया था आपकी समस्या 24 घण्टो के अंतर्गत सुलझाई जाएगी। 22/09/2019 को 3:18 दोपहर को complaint दर्ज की गई थी । जिसके बाद 22/09/2019 को 3:42 दोपहर service team से call आया जिसपे हमे बताया गया कि आपको technician का call आएगा । उसके बाद दूसरे दिन सुबह 23/09/2019 को फिर customer care पर शिकायत दर्ज की गई जिसमें हमे शाम तक का समय बतया गया resolution के लिये। पर कोई action नही लिया गया। उसी दिन शाम 7 बजे फिर शिकायत दर्ज की गई उस समय भी यही कहा गया कि आपकी समस्या जल्द सुलझाई जाएगी। आज चार दिन पूरे हो चुके है आज भी ओर 3 दिन का बोला गया है यह कह कर की dish box available नही हैं। technician का अभी तक कोई call नही आया हैं। आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि हमारी समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करवाया जाय।

                                    I had taken connection of dish tv for year... I faced many problems of bad weather condition error 301... Weather was absolutely fine here... All other companies working perfectly but dish tv was not working

                                    So i decided to disconnect my connection...

                                    After a year.. I decided to reactivate my connection so i called up dish tv for packs... They said by recharging 219/-, you will get validity for 1 month with sufficient channel... I asked the executive that i am seeing error 301 already before activating also...

                                    He said after recharging problem will get solve or call again we will help you..

                                    Problem persisted and i called again... They are now saying they need to send executive to check antena... And it will be charged as 200 rs...

                                    Why should i pay rs200 now... They should have informed me earlier that it is going to happen...

                                    I then told me to refund my set top box deposit and amount paid 219

                                    Vc no:-[protected]

                                    They are now like both are non refundadble...

                                    Is this the scheme to lure customers...

                                    I want full refund my settop box deposit and amount paid 219... I dont want your services..
