Today morning, i had paid through”phone pe” app for extending the validity of my dish tv for 6months for vc no. [protected], transaction id: c1910020754160997298814, order id:[protected].

But, the amount of rs.3714 (For 6 months) got deducted from my bank account (Through phone pe app) and the validity of my dish tv is still not extended.

Please have this checked and rectified urgently....

Unable to view free channel in my dish tv vc number [protected]. Only paid channels are coming. Facing the problem from last 15 days.
Had a call with customer care and asking for technician visit. Signal strengh is good and clear weather, but only paid channels are coming. Last time, i had sufficient balance in dish tv account but it was showing low balance and none of the channels were not coming for 15 days. I was charged for these...

As per the above stated subject, i had recharged with certain amount mentioned in your plan according to the list of channels we needed. But i am not getting half of those channels listed even though i have done the recharge.
My dishtv number is - [protected] with the name of pushpa prakash. My registered mobile number does not exist now so i am unable to call the customer care too. Kindly do the needful and provide the channels....

Un authorized and non-understandable additions made in my, make my own pack system and the amount increased sms sent to my rmn.

Continuously giving phone calls and disturbing me.

If i want any new channel, myself will ask for the same. Whatever the channels
I am enjoying that is enough for me and there is no need for any movie channel

So, immediately. Cancel the channels which you added...

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different locations numbers on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. Each and every time they tell to subscribe a channel which i don't watch, i told them not to call me again but nothing happens.in a single day i get dozens of call from dish tv,
Stop promotional calls...

The guy who installed dish tv set-top box made a mistake while registration & no number is added now.
I have tried calling customer care so many times, but they told me that it can not be registered now.

I would like to subscribe many channels, but it is not happening because there is no mobile number registered with dish tv....

I have also paid for my chosen packs. But not a single bengali news channel is coming, in spite of being included in my subscribed packs. It is continuously showing '301. Signal not found. This may be due to bad weather'...

This all started when i mistakenly recharged on my vc number which was earlier used by us but due to the vc card problem i got the vc changed. I mistakenly recharged twice and produced all the proofs via mail. The customer care, escalation department, termination team and all are pathetic people. They told me that i have already transferred once in 365 days and now if i have to transfer i need to terminate that vc which is not in use. I told...

Over 2 weeks elapsed, i am getting annoying calls from dish tv made by different number. Once i received call and came to know that they are calling for advertising and promotion purpose. But day by day dish tv calling me with their different number starting from +9144. It's becoming irritating for me and hamper by daily life.
Please stop this nonsense otherwise i will file a complaint to the nearest police station....

I had taken connection of dish tv for year... I faced many problems of bad weather condition error 301... Weather was absolutely fine here... All other companies working perfectly but dish tv was not working

So i decided to disconnect my connection...

After a year.. I decided to reactivate my connection so i called up dish tv for packs... They said by recharging...

402 viewing card error, raise complaint at customer care technician attended actual charges 450 include gst, as per customer care told me, for swipe set top box. And he is monopoly me to if want repair have to pay 200 extra than actual charges. I. E 650, i denied him and send back. Again contacted customer care problem is not solved from last 5 days and my recharge also wasting days....

My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels.

My account is already recharged with full year amount till september 2020

The current switch off date is 06/10/2019?

Respected sir, i am dish tv subscriber. My vc no. Is [protected] and mobile no. Is [protected]. Till yesterday 50144/- rupees were in my account. But today there is only 45268 rupees in my account. During this period i have not subscribed any big amount pack. Please investigate the matter, ask dish tv to return my money and take action against workers which were involved in this fraud...

My programming i have had all of a sudden i dont have now!! My bill is automatically paid so thats not the problem, cant logon to dish online. Called and after waiting 40 minutes they finally answered then disconnected me! This is not the first time this exact problem has happened, its always a problem getting any customer service, biggest mistake i made was changing from direct tv to dish...

We made payment of 3 months to dish tv but since last 20 days i had to contact dish tv customer care to ask them why we were getting 101 error - ie. Channels not subscribed. I called them 4-5 times and every time they said it’s technical issue. They do not even transfer the calls to seniors to escalate the matter. And if the call is transferred to a second level customer care employee, they cut the call within minutes without understanding...
