DishTV — unable to create your mera wala plan | |||
I am a videocon d2h subscriber for the past 6+ years.. I am not able to watch channels of my choice(mera wala plan is not working) nor the new channels as per trai. Inspite of repeated calls to their customer care and trying their site and app the only response found is '"Your detail has been successfully submitted and we will get back to you shortly' for the past 15 days.. Very worst service from videocon d2h, neither their site nor the android apps are good enough for smooth transition of new channel package selection. Its a mess to change the plans with videocon d2h. The customer service representative giving lame reasons o[censored]nlimited timeline to migrate by that TRAI deadline will get over.
