[Resolved] DishTV — unethical and unprofessional behaviour | |||
Dear concerned persons, My complaint is against dish tv. My vc no is [protected] and registered no. Is [protected]. I have recharge on 23rd november 2019 of rs 489. Cut off date is 24 december 2019. Due to some connection issue i have lodge a compalint on 8 th december 2019 and the dish tv technician came and correct it and took the payment of around rs 300 on same day. On 10th the tv is switched off and giving messages that you need to recharge it. Your balance is finished. I called there and they said your balance got over as they have deducted the amount of the technician service and visit. We managed to make them understand that the technician took the amount from us. We called them for for about more then 40 time spoke to around more then 50 + executive of dish tv but they did not solve the problem. Everytime we spoke to them for about more then 40 min since last 11 days and everytime they just gave a same answer that your complaint is registered and will be sort our in 24 hrs. We also managed to provide the no of the technician and also had a conference call to b/w us /technician and the dish tv executive. On that also the technician clear that he too the mony against the complaint so refund the money and start the dish tv but same answer the thye complaint is registered and will be sort out in 24 hrs. But no actvivate till today. On 21st we got a call from the dish tv that they they will refund the amount but only if we recharge the connection by minimum. Rs 100 only. We did it by rs 200. Also received a thank you and a confirmation msg from dish tv for the payment we did. And got a call too that it will be activated in 1 hr. After 4 hrs we called them and said that it is still not activated they said you did not recharge the amount. Again we spoke to them for about 1 hrs then got a same ans that it will be done in 24 hrs. And till today 23 rd midnight december 2019 it is not activated. The dish tv people lied to us since last 14 days. They have stolen my acc money as well as my recharge amt. And not giving me the proper solution of it. I have all the most of the call recordings of it. The technician no., his call recording too. Till today morning it was not activated and our amount is not refunded in my acc. So i request to the concerned authority to take the strict disciplinary action against them. And their executives. Their lies to me regarding the complaint as well as they have stolen my aount from my dish tv acc. As well as not refunding.
