DishTV — videocon d2h taking charges but not showing requested channels. | |||
I am a customer of Videocon d2h with RTN [protected].I have selected the required channels via. website of d2h, customer care calling and via.TV many times but even though d2h is not able to showing my requested channels since last one month and when I give complaint to d2h customer care number and via. Email they are simply disconnect my call or give false faith that channels has selected now and will start in 10 minutes but channels are not coming and error of 16-4 is coming.they have taken the charges but not showing channels Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked DishTV set top box using online option and paid amount.
I got the call from the executive saying that my connection got cancelled.
I asked them about the money I spent they told me to call customer care. I tried that option but could not work.
Really don't go for DishTV in future.
