DishTV — Wrong payment in another VC number | |||
I recharged vide my mobile number which was registered on my earlier VC number which was already not working from last 3-4 years. After recharge on 24/02/2015 I repeated several time complaint on DISH TV email address. Several time on Toll free number. I recharged on 24/02/2015 for Rs.500/- vide TXN ID : RI[protected] through my SBI Debit card which was recharged on VC No.[protected] instead of VC No.[protected]. I want such amount (i.e. Rs.500/-) for my VC No.[protected]. But till today no one response me positively. Some phone received by me line your problem will solve within 2 hrs. Some phone from[protected] he will solve my problem with takeup matter with higher line. But till I have not received Credit said amount to my VC[protected].
