[Resolved] DishTV — wrong vc recharged instead of correct vc | |||
Iam feeling very helpless while writing this email to you, please go through mywhole experience with Dish TV. Iam your valuable customer since 3 years and holding 3 dish tv connection, earlier everything was going very smooth but on 10th of October 10:20pm I madea biggest mistake of my life that I have recharged my dish tv throughJustrechargeit.com and by inaccuracy I wrote a wrong VC number [protected]instead of [protected] recharge was successfully done but when my DTHwas not activated I checked and came to know that recharge was done on wrong VChence immediately I called Dish TV customer care but most of the time my callwas disconnected by agent as they were unable to understand my complaint orthey were not perfect in English. I also spoke to supervisor and got different– different process to escalate my issue further, all email attached for yourreference. Finallyafter a long follow up I got the confirmation from the Justrechargeit that mypayment swapping had been successfully processed, amount was transferredto correct VC number on 13/10/2014 please get in touch with Dish TV. Since13th Oct I m in touch with Dish TV via call and via email but no resolutionyet. Firstof all dish tv does not have customer care mechanism for customers complaintthey use to ask the customer to visit on website and login than write theircomplaint, now I m asking you that in corporate industry every company hastheir own customer support email id and grievance redressal for complaint butyou don’t? surprised Iam expecting a proper action from you even I don’t know how the nodal officerwill act on my complaint. Pleasefind the all attached follow up emails I did with myoxigen.com andjustrechargeit.com for your reference so that you can understand my actualpain. It’sbeen more than 6 days now and my dish tv connection is deactivated and yoursincere customer is waiting for revert. Iwould also appreciate you if you will check my all call records made by me onyour customer care no and give strict feedback to all executives whodisconnected my call coz I also lost so much money to dial your chargeable no.
