On August 29, 2025, I placed an order worth ₹360 for 6 chocolates through the official Ditch The Guilt website (https://ditchtheguilt.fit
). I received only an order confirmation email with my Order ID: 57138. Since then, there has been no tracking ID provided, no expected delivery date shared, and no further updates on my purchase.
I made a full payment at the time of ordering. I have tried to wait patiently, but more than a week has passed, and there has been zero communication from the company regarding the status of my order.
It is concerning to see a brand accept payments and then fail to deliver products or provide any updates. This behaviour is unprofessional and misleading and raises serious questions about their business practices.
I request the concerned authorities to:
Investigate this company for taking payments without fulfilling orders
Ensure customers either receive their products or get a full refund
Take appropriate action to hold the company accountable for such negligence
