Completely misleading with packaging and the product inside is completely different and very normal like any other chocolate in the market. white chocolate-based products are pathetic. First of all, while ordering it took a way long time for delivery with no proper tracking info and when received the product the quality and quantity is very bad as compared to the packaging which tempted me to buy the product, a total disappointment. Similar to other users, placed order by seeing the ad on Instagram on Aug 13. Cheated by saying upfront payment will ensure delivery in 48 hours. Till date, Aug 26, 2025, no message or update about my order - company is ignoring whatsapp and mail also. Why such cheaters are allowed in society?...

I am writing to express my deep frustration with this brand's complete incompetence in handling my order. I placed my order on 24th July, and today, 5th August, marks 12 days without any sign of delivery or resolution.

Tracking support has been a joke. Despite trying to reach the provided contact number multiple times, I have received no response and have been given no updates on the status of my order. There has been no accountability or effort on their part to address this issue.

I placed an order worth ₹480 for 8 chocolates from Ditch The Guilt via their official website https://ditchtheguilt.fit on June 29, 2025. I received an order confirmation on WhatsApp and was also provided a tracking ID: 86827. The expected delivery date was July 2, 2025, but till today (July 8, 2025), the chocolates have not been delivered.

I made full payment via Google Pay, so there is no doubt the transaction went through....

I placed a prepaid order with Gilt, but the product was never delivered. Despite repeated communication, the refund has not been processed. I provided my GPay number and account holder name to Sohail Shaikh from their customer support, but there has been no resolution. This is a clear case of negligence and potentially fraudulent behavior. I request immediate refund and strict action...
