Order ref 15880, placed on 1st Feb. Since then no intimation of status and no reply to mails either....

On December 15, 2025, I placed an order worth ₹120 for 3 chocolates through the official Ditch The Guilt website (https://ditchtheguilt.fit
). I received only an order confirmation email with my Order ID: 189747. Since then, there has been no tracking ID provided, no expected delivery date shared, and no further updates on my purchase. despite repeatedly emailing them.

I made a full payment at the time of ordering....

I would like to raise a complaint against Ditch The Guilt (online store) for failure to deliver my order.

I placed an online order for a Ferrero Rocher Protein Brownie from the Ditch The Guilt website on Jan 10th 2026. The payment was completed successfully, but I have not received the product till date. I placed 8 separate orders on the Ditch The Guilt website on 8 January 2026, all of which were successfully paid for and marked as “Order Confirmed”. At the time of purchase, the website clearly indicated quick / next-day delivery.

I state that on 22 December 2024, I purchased a product worth Rs. 540/- from Ditch The Guilt Company through its website, to which I was redirected via Instagram.

I successfully completed the payment of Rs. 540/- through Paytm, and Ditch The Guilt Company generated an Order Confirmation Number #RC8VNK6VA. Proof of payment is filed along with this complaint.

Even after successful payment, no product has been delivered...

I had ordered 2 products from their website, one dubai pista kunafa chocolate and a biscoff protein brownie. It was on sale. Ordered it on 20th september, rn it's 3rd October. They're not responding to any messages i sent via whatsapp, email or their website. Also tried to contact through instagram. No response at all. Completely misleading with packaging and the product inside is completely different and very normal like any other chocolate in the market. white chocolate-based products are pathetic. I am writing to express my deep frustration with this brand's complete incompetence in handling my order. I placed my order on 24th July, and today, 5th August, marks 12 days without any sign of delivery or resolution.

Tracking support has been a joke. Despite trying to reach the provided contact number multiple times, I have received no response and have been given no updates on the status of my order. There has been no accountability or effort on their part to address this issue.

I made full payment via Google Pay, so there is no doubt the transaction went through....
