I placed an order for chocolates from Ditch The Guilt (Order No. 70310) more than 20 days ago, but I have still not received the order. The order has not been delivered despite the significant delay.

I request the company to either deliver the order immediately with a confirmed delivery date or issue a full refund for the amount paid. Please also provide an explanation for the delay and the current status of my order....

I want to complain about my order, which I placed on 19 August. My order number is 82958. It has now been 14 days, and I still have not received my product.

Please look into this issue immediately and either deliver my order without any further delay or process a full refund if you are unable to deliver it promptly....

I placed a prepaid order (Order #51615) with Ditch The Guilt through their website, ditchtheguilt.fit, on 5 August 2026 for Biscoff and Roasted Almond Sugar-Free Chocolates. The payment of ₹89 was successfully completed, and I received the order confirmation.

Their website mentions the prepaid orders will be delivered in one day.
Checking their website, the order has not been processed yet.

It has not been delivered even though it's been more than a month since my first order. I contacted them through email to enquire about my order. There was no reply. So, I contacted them through Instagram on 4th February 26. They replied the same day saying it will be delivered...

I state that on 22 December 2024, I purchased a product worth Rs. 540/- from Ditch The Guilt Company through its website, to which I was redirected via Instagram.

I successfully completed the payment of Rs. 540/- through Paytm, and Ditch The Guilt Company generated an Order Confirmation Number #RC8VNK6VA. Proof of payment is filed along with this complaint.

Even after successful payment, no product has been delivered...
