I placed three separate prepaid orders from Ditch The Guilt through their official website in order to gift the chocolates to my friends.
The orders were:
• Order #1607 – ₹267
• Order #1609 – ₹178
• Order #1611 – ₹178
Total amount paid: ₹623
The orders were placed on 19 June 2026, and I received order confirmation emails immediately after payment. The website advertised "Free Express Shipping" and stated that prepaid orders would be shipped within 1 day.
However, despite the passage of several days, I have neither received the products nor any meaningful update regarding shipment or delivery. The chocolates were intended as gifts for my friends, and the delay has caused significant disappointment and inconvenience.
I made full payment online through Razorpay-supported payment methods, and the transactions were successfully completed. Despite repeated attempts to obtain an update, there has been little to no communication regarding the status of my orders.

• Order #1607 – Turkish Baklava, Dubai Pista White Chocolate, Dubai Pista (+ promotional item) – ₹267
• Order #1609 – Ferrero Rocher, Dubai Pista (+ promotional item) – ₹178
• Order #1611 – Aam Ras, Hazelnut Spread (+ promotional item) – ₹178
I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and direct the company to either:
1. Deliver the products immediately, or
2. Issue a full refund of ₹623.
I also request that appropriate action be taken if similar complaints from other consumers reveal a pattern of non-delivery or inadequate customer support.
I have preserved copies of the order confirmation emails, payment records, and all related communications as evidence.
