Ditch The Guilt — Iam complaing about fraudulant website

I placed an order worth 600 for 10 chocolates from Ditch The Guilt via their official website https://ditchtheguilt.fit on April 04, 2026. I received an order confirmation on WhatsApp and was also provided a tracking ID: 64524. The expected delivery date was 5 to 7 working days, but till today (April 17, 2026), the chocolates have not been delivered.

I made full payment via UPI, so there is no doubt the transaction went through. As the delivery date passed and there was no update, I sent them a follow-up email on July 9 asking for a status update – the email did not go through as their inbox is full ( reply from gmail. Their contact does not work. Their whatsapp foes not go through.

There are already multiple complaints on Instagram and other platforms against this brand for similar issues – non-delivery, fake tracking,

They are running an online store, collecting money from customers, and then neither delivering products nor responding to any communication. This is criminal behavior and clear online fraud.

I request the concerned authorities to take strict legal action against Ditch The Guilt for: Cheating and misleading customers
Taking money without delivering goods
Not responding to follow-up queries.
