Ditch The Guilt — Non-delivery of prepaid order and no response from company

I placed an online order with Ditch The Guilt on 29 March 2026 and made a full prepaid payment. I received an order confirmation email; however, as of today (03 April 2026), I have not received the product.

No tracking ID has been provided for the shipment. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times through their email and contact number, but both are either not working or there has been no response.

This clearly indicates deficiency in service and possible fraudulent activity, as the company has failed to deliver the product after receiving payment and is not providing any customer support.

I request immediate intervention to:

Refund the full amount paid
Take necessary action against the company for unfair trade practices

I am ready to provide proof of payment and order confirmation if required.
