I would like to file a complaint against Ditch The Guilt regarding a prepaid order that has not been delivered.

I placed Order #68264 on 12 August 2026 and paid ₹534. The order was confirmed, but I have not received the products or any valid shipping/tracking details.

I request the merchant to either deliver the complete order immediately with valid tracking details or issue a full refund of ₹534.

I have attached the order confirmation and payment details as supporting documents. Kindly take up this complaint with the merchant and help me obtain a full refund.
