Ditch The Guilt — Orders not delivered - Order numbers #92522 and #92525

I placed two orders on 27th August. They were prepaid orders, and they were showing some discount on the website. After taking a look, I placed a couple of orders hoping that they will get delivered soon, with the promise stating that prepaid orders will be shipped in 1 day. I liked the website. I felt it was genuine. I placed my orders.

Now, almost 3 weeks later, when I'm checking, they haven't even shipped the order. They haven't even packed it. It just says "order confirmed." After checking online, I realized that they are scamming many other users in a similar way, wherein they are not getting the orders delivered at all.

I want to place a formal complaint against them and make sure that I get my order or at least get a refund. Please help me out.
