I am writing to file a formal complaint against an online company named “Ditch The Guilt” for non-delivery of my order and lack of response from their side.
I placed an order for brownies on their website on [mention order date], and the order number is #64599. Despite the passage of more than 15 days, I have not received my order, nor have I received any proper update regarding the same.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times through their available communication channels, but there has been no satisfactory response. Additionally, I have come across numerous complaints from other customers facing the same issue. There appear to be thousands of complaints against this company online, yet they continue to operate their website, which raises serious concerns about their business practices and credibility.
Furthermore, the contact number and email ID provided by the company are also not working, leaving me with no proper way to communicate with them. There is no scope to contact the company for any support or resolution.
This has caused me financial loss as well as inconvenience and mental stress.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the company. I also request you to help me in obtaining a full refund of my payment along with any applicable compensation.
