I have attempted to contact the seller through available communication channels, but I have not received a satisfactory response. The brand's social media pages also appear to have been taken down or become unavailable.

I have paid for the product but have received neither the goods nor a refund. I request assistance in obtaining a full refund of ₹89 and having the seller respond to this grievance.
