Glad that I have ordered less product as it was new to me.
I was waiting for long time for the chocolates; however, I haven't received anything till march end.
I have contacted their WhatsApp support; the person keeps reading your message but don't respond. They were simply ignoring you, whatever you type.
On first week of April, I have received different products against my actual order. The products received are in stale condition and test less. I don't kn ow how this company is preparing their products and still selling them after huge advertisement on FB and YouTube.
After multiple and endless tiring follow ups with their support, I have received my refund. of 120 INR. though my amount is small, it is completely company's fault and I strongly ask their company to stop their sales online and offline in the name of PROTEIN until and unless they sort out all this issues or close the shutters forever.
All customers have faced similar issues, I stay in Mumbai, where the factory is located as per their parcel, still took more than one and half months to receive the order.
I strongly recommend to not to order anything from DITCH THE GUILT even if you are getting any product for FREE, you will regret it later. Was this information helpful? |
