Have subscribed ditto tv from my registered credentials for 1 month plan. But the screen is totally black & is not showing anything. An error message is there saying "cannot load m3u8: no levels to play". Don't know why it's coming. As a result i am not able to see anything using ditto tv but rs.20/- has gone in vain. So please look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible. The experience with ditto tv is not satisfactory at all till now...

    Hey there

    I have taken subscription for ditto tv for 1 month, gold pack. I am from usa and hardly i get chance to see live tvs. I was following the "saregamapa lil champs" and today being the grand finale, ditto has stopped showing me the show and everytime when i click it shows "momentarily not available". I am disgusted with the service as my choicest serial is not working at the prime time. They should return back my money. Worst ever service i see in prime time, really disappointed with the service for international customers.

    Moreover while calling their helpline no (+[protected], it seems they don't provide 24X7. This is unfortunate for a company with such a reputation in handling foreign customers, where most of them runs in India night time. Sorry to say.

        I have been watching zee tamil tv for the last 4 months by paying monthly subscription of rs.20 each month. The access was easy till yesterday as the connection was got by accessing from the same device by which subscription was paid. There was no login control so far but now suddenly login is being demanded.
        As i have paid subscription for october for zee tamil tv live, you are requested to allot a login id or allow through gmail.

        Your immediate attention is requested as i have not been able to watch from yesterday itself.

          I wrote a complaint on october 6th and got a messages that ditto tv was notified about my complaint. Today is october 11th and i have not heard any thing from ditto tv. I resubscribed to my ditto tv app on september 30th and 11 days later i am still not able to watch anything. I was charged twice - a total of $20 for the package that shouldn’t have only charged me $9.99. Not only is ditto tv refraining from activating my subscription, they are also stealing from international customers because they know that we do not have access to a 1-800 toll free number to submit our complaints but have to call theor stupid agents who barely understand english in india and try to have them solve our problem which causes more headache and irritation. I have tried emailing their support team but got ignored there as well. Shame on ditto tv and the people who operate this company!!!

            I wrote a complaint regarding ditto tv not updating my account even though i have subscribed so many times. I don’t even see my complaint on the homepage let alone a resolutions. I have been using ditto tv app for a while and at the end of my subscription on 09/30 i resubscribed again. It is 10/05 and i do not have access to watch anything. Basically got charged twice with no service. So ditto tv is making money off people and not providing them with any service. Way to go bloody thieves at ditto tv. Will you all own up and solve this mistake of yours. My email id is [protected]@hotmail.com and i have been charged twice for the platinum package which is only suppose to be $9.99. Ditto tv is super speedy about terminating services on the 30th day but slower than a leech to restart the service because they are busy ripping international customers off. They only have customer care service in india and being an international customer is no help since we have to waste money to get pathetic customer service from india!!! Shame on ditto tv

            Renewed my subscription on 09/30 and it is 10/05 and my account still hasn’t been updated though my account was charged twice. My email address is [protected]@hotmail.com and I would like to get this problem solved ASAP. It has been more than 5 days since I renewed by subscription and I don’t understand why my account isn’t activated yet????

            Obviously there are some dumb people working in this customer care. How hard is it to make out from my complete that ditto tv charged me twice for my subscription but did not activate my account. I wrote this in very simple English and I don’t think it’s that hard to understand the problem here. I was charged twice since 09/30 for a platinum package which is only suppose to be $9.99. Can you now understand the problem and try to resolve this matter. The email is used to access my account is [protected]@hotmail.com. The payment is under natasha.hani[censored]student.edu
            I have subscribed to ditto tv on 10th of this month by paying r's 20 through my mobile balance. an amount of rs 20 has already been deducted from by mobile balance.

                I have subscribed ditto tv from my bsnl mobile balance and received a confirmation message from bsnl. Bsnl activated my monthly package. I have paid subscription to bsnl on dt.16/09/2017. But my ditto tv is not activated so far. The ditto tv app. Shows you are not subscribed. I don't understand why my ditto tv is not activated. I have provided all information to ditto tv through my email. My email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com. I expect the positive response in the matter.

                My subscription number is [protected], I got a message about the activation of subscription and 20 bucks were deducted, but I am not able to login to my account.
                Am unable to see Ditto tv for more than 3 days now. Whenever I am trying to open the site, am getting a database exception error.
                Being in US, I wanted to avail the bengali regional languages. So, I got the ditto tv connection.
                Due to the mentioned recurring issue, am unable to see my favorite shows.
                Please look into this.

                    I received call from mobile no [protected] and informed me that he is from Dittotv and demanding me to tell the debit card number.My reply was when rceived the subscription what is the need of debit card number and requested him rectify the fault and enable us to watch the Livetv. He bluntly refused and said without debit card no.he will not start the tv.

                    Just now received a call from Deepak Sr.Manager (Mobile no.[protected])Ditto TV and asking me to provide the Debit card no. With this I am in cofusion whether these peoples are from Dittotv or different gang.
                    I paid for my subscription but it always asks me to update it and when I try to do it it says there was an error can you plz fix it since I paid money for it or give me my money back

                        We are trying to get the ditto tv recharged for monthly 9 sgd pack; tried for 5 times around 45 sgd debit from my account but no recharge complete

                              I have done subscription of ditto TV for 2-3 month. But after that I told them that I do not want subscription. But they are calling again and again by different no.

                              Today their executive called and said that we are extending your subscription I was telling again and again that I don't want it but he didn't listen and extended it.

                              So it seems like that by hook or crook they want to take money from customers.

                                I subscribed for the ditto tv monthly pack, payment done through my mobile balance and signed up through my gmail account. But website says that i did not subscribe any package but my money has been deducted. Please help me either get my money back or my account working and i got a message saying

                                I paid for 6 mouth when i open the site it showing to subscribe please rectify
                                the problem and its not playing continuous
                                Subscribe one month plan with my registered email id but not able to play live channels on my LED with Amazon fire stick. I have login in ditto app with the same registered email id in LED but no luck. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

                                  Last year in september 2016, i've subscribed to ditto tv for one month by paying rs. 20 through my prepaid bsnl mobile no. [protected]. After that rs. 20 has been deducted every month without my permission and ditto tv shows no active plan. I've deactivated the account by sending sms "stop" to 155223 but rs. 20 continue to be deducted every month. Please deactivate my account as i no longer require ditto tv services.

After logging in, it shows message:"you are not subscribed". I tried sending them detailed mails but they have not activated my pack. I didnt get otp on mobile for resetting password, now my password is also gone. My mobile balance got reduced by rs. 20 and sms's also cost rs.6.in spite...

My mobile balance got reduced by rs. 20 and sms's also cost rs.6.in spite of following instructions, i am unable to use the service.

                                      Sir,
                                      Its very disgusting that you did not make any verification regarding proof of payment receipt which I had mailed you.Sir, let me make it clear to you that I had made my first payment on 23/5/2017.my complaint is regarding this payment.my payment reference no is IGABIWZYQ2 .even though payment was paid app did not return back from payment page probably due to some net problem later when I checked with the app it showed unsubscribed, and I have booked the complaint for the same.Next day that's on 24'th May I made my 2'nd payment that was instantly activated up to 24/6 as I did not wanted to miss my shows still you resolve my issue, but what about my 1'st payment.pls note you should have increased date to July 23'rd as I have made 2 subsequent payments of 20 rs (in total 40 rs) on 2 different days 23'rd and 24'th of may 2017.pls rectify the matter at earliest.I am again attaching receipt of my sms here.My phone no. Is [protected]. ( Pls note I have attached screen shot of same transaction in my earlier mail.)pls do the needful at earliest to resolve my issue.

                                      I am Pallab Das and my mobile no. [protected] . This mobile no. active with Ditto tv subscribe prepaid pack . My subscribe pack is active for one month . But the problem is I cannot log in my account mobile no. I know my password . Please solve my problem .
