Not responding to my email in which I have attached my screenshot of payment receipt made by me and this has happened thrice to me.even after making payment it shows unsubscribed, and when we email our payment details to ditto tv customer service, we just get an automated mail asking for details which we have already provided and then no more response or correction on their part.they suck our money with no intention of providing service.This time also I have sent my screenshot to both ditto and you as a confirmation of my payment but still no action has been taken.requesting you to do the needfull

    I have subscribed ditto tv from my registered credentials (Phone no. : 8

    [protected]) for 1 month plan. But the screen is totally black & is not showing anything. An error message is there saying "cannot load m3u8: no levels to play". Don't know why it's coming. As a result i am not able to see anything using ditto tv but rs.20 is deducted from my bank account.

    So please look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible. The experience with ditto tv is not satisfactory at all till now

    ditto tv is worist website i have not even seen up to now this type stupid website .up to now they have not responded to the customer
    I can answer your question. This is JW player error. You can disable ad block plugin on your browser. I did that and the problem went away.
    i 've subscribed for one month pack.bt im nt getting any live.wil u pls respond quickly
    Please delete my. Complaint from this iam getting stupid calls . You people resolved my complaint i am satisfied and remove my complaint from this

      I had subscribed for Ditto TV from Andriod for 2 times and my account was debitted twice for 75 AED and 75 AED for each time. However i could get any subscription plan and now since March 24 Mar 2017 i am constantly following up for the refund or resolving the issue but still it is pending.

      Everytime there is a response saying we are working on your issue but there is not resolvement. Please help to get my refund. I do not want any subscription and i need my money back/

              All Ditto consumer request you to do not call on my phone number...as i am also facing the problem to access the ditto so i have provided my phone number..please do not call for complaints...please dont call ...request you do not call.
              To Ditto TV center please resolve this error as many of the user are affected due to thisissue..please take a look in to this ASAP.

                They are activating this 20 Rs plan and deducting money from my phone balance without any prior notice.
                After one month of subscription, it could not activate give rise to unable draw benefit. Written on screen that 'can't load & play. Not Activate despite of subscription...

                  Hi this is Vishal Nijapkar from Singapore, I have been watching ditto TV Zee Marathi channel since Feb 2017 with monthly subscription of 10 SGD $. From past 2 days I am unable to login using Google+ account and because of that I cant see any channel, when I tried login for some other account it asked for subscription however for my user id it wont allow me to login. I have already paid monthly charges and now I cant see any channel.

                  Please help me to resolve this issue, I cant renew my package on the due date because I cant login using my userid.

                      Why ten network channels have been removed from the ditto tv subscription. So i m not subscribing now for more as i subscribed for the ditto tv only because of ten network channels i.e. Ten1, Ten2, Ten3, Ten1hd .I was using ditto tv for about more than 1 years.
                      So add ten network channels so that i will continue with ditto tv

                        I was using dittotv service from last four months, i would sending mail from last two months for stop the service but up till now not stopped. I diddent request for any further subscription but by default or without prior notification simply ditto tv is deducting Rs. 20 from my phone account. this is not fair business. I would like to request to concern person should attend and stop the ditto tv service

                          Hello m using this ditto tv service. This company is nothing these people are fraud they are charging rs 50 3 month subscription and they charge me rs 50 + rs 500 i.e Rs 100 was deducted from account . I am going to launch complain and will take legal action against ditto tv better they should pay me Rs 100 because these people take charges but when I use this app o watch some of my fav episodes m getting Non subscribed msg. Ditto tv you will pay for this . Ditto tv u people are big cheater and bluffmaster .

                            Dear ditto.its really painful for me to say that I made payment through paytm to Ditto for a monthly subscription...though I paid and though the transaction showing successful, I receive a note always when I go to open any channel that I m unsubscribed user..aslo I am always get interrupted by their notifications.how can it send me the same if m unsubscribed..plz verify this soon and let me see what I have subscribed for soon.. m going through this troble badly at the stage.

                                Android App logged in with same subscribed google+ user id: [protected]@gmail.com not plays and says not subscribed. Using bsnl wifi modem to stream in both Android Tab App as well as in Laptop Browser.

                                Android App worked in the trial 2 days.

                                Also there is no information in website on how to activate device. Please include a guide on how to activate devices - wifi broadband modem, phone, laptop etc., .

                                Kindly activate android app streaming.

                                I am the user of Ditto TV services (account no (phone#) +[protected], when I login to the account and try to watch any video on Zee Marathi, nothing is getting played. I am really getting frustrated and thinking of escalating the matter to the legal authorities if the issue does not get resolved by today.

                                  I am getting phone calls repeatedly from dittotv asking for extending validity of pack and i am saying "no" every time then why i am getting call agin and again? I have denied them 5 times but they had not stoped calling. Today i have been called again by them.                                         Please see attached images for subscription made by ditto TV. It is automatically subscribed up to the month of APR-17. Who given approval for subscription??
                                        if I already told you very clearly no deduction will not be made until February month end, but still you subscribed the pack.
                                        I need full refund up to February month. Only current month will be get charged for which I already paid. From next month I will not be your customer.

                                        Our intention is never get back the deducted money. We just want to know why Such thing happened, why Ditto TV missguided us.
                                        So we cleare the thing happened and we are Happy with the pack what we received. So keep the pack until the february 17.
                                        As discussed please don't call for the subscription plan until february.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,
                                        After replying so ditto support lots of time they are not even taking hardship for mail back or calling.
                                        Today i.e. on 8-Feb-17 Ditto TV again made auto payment form my wallet without my permission.
                                        to avoid this situation a was mailing to ditto from last 1 month but no one is replying.
                                        I am really being harassed. Please HELP.
