Ditto TV — Colors channel not visible anymore

I have subscribed to Ditto TV for Colors HD channel. But these days Colors channel is not present in channel list. Due to this sudden change in channel lists, I am missing my serials and feel cheated. Other channels are easily available on other apps and sites.
Request to start telecasting Colors again as early as possible. Please give a specific time when this issue will be resolved.
And also as I am unable to see Colors, it is highly recommended from your side to extend my subscription to number of days this problem persist otherwise refund the subscription money back.
