I have subscribed ditto tv from my registered credentials (Phone no. : 8

[protected] or [protected]) for 1 month plan. But the screen is totally black & is not showing anything. An error message is there saying "cannot load m3u8: no levels to play". Don't know why it's coming. As a result i am not able to see anything using ditto tv but rs.20 is deducted from my bank account.

So please look into this matter and try to solve it as soon as possible. The experience with ditto tv is not satisfactory at all till now

My mobile no [protected]/[protected]. I subscribe ditto TV. On 14/04/2017.rs 20 deduct from my TT. from 1st mobile no but channels are not renew. Please help me..
